They are understanding but could be more simpathedic
They treat every buddy equal
The leadership at Fleet Farm is amazing. Everyone helps each other, it truly is teamwork.
They have great communication with employees and offer competitive compensation. They host lots of family friendly events to boost morale.

Stop leading with profit. Golub needs to start over with executive leadership.
Entire corporate team is incompetent.
My manager walks around and does nothing. When he is in his "office" him and the rest of the managers are making fun of employees
Listen to all the employees ideas as many of them are the ones that imteract with customers that also are expressing complaints about the stores
Not assaulting their workers (:
New leadship muture leadship that know how to treat others with some respect . The gossip these young managment teams stir up in these new stores is unbelivable
Start treating the employees more like a person, less like a number and figures! They are not robots
Mainly communication. They don't teach cashiers correctly, and the only way to contact my manager is by note. And even then they get lost on his desk because he's so unorganized. Organization is also terrible throughout the store, shelf organizing makes no sense, and prices are often incorrect.

Management does not value employees. Employee compensation is not based on qualifications and job skills, and length of service. Management does not try to retain employees by compensating them appropriately. Fleet Farm leadership looks towards profits and cost reduction only.

Management is not the best

Communication and leadership skills... A true leader gets on the floor and leads by example in a respectful manner. It doesn't seem as though the leadership advocates much for their employees and at times aren't very consistently approachable. Assumptions can also be made before asking questions.
