What is the best part about your compensation package?
I dont get one yet. I only been hear a month
I am most happy with our available insurance and our PTO
The retirement match and the health insurance.

Over worked, underpaid. No appreciation whatsoever.
I make 14 an hour and i do more than what i get paid for
When other retailers are offering starting wages above what someone that has been working for this organization now going on 21 months this is very said especially when this company in the last two years had record sales
being listened to by team members and leaders
Fleet farm should pay there employees more and offer stock team member full time
They only care about how the numbers look on paper and don’t care about how the employees are being treat
I would have to run the auto department and the farm department by myself some to most days/nights. I put up with this for a while but was not rewarded or given a raise in compensation. That could have been good motivation to keep the employee around. It was a lot of work

Not all team members are treated equally. Stressful at times. Pay is not equal to work put in.
New employees make more than I make with less skills. Starting cashiers make $11.50 and I make only $11.25 per hour. Compensation that matches job responsibility.
