What are some of the best things about your team?
The explanation of everything that's going on in the store
There are a handful of really good people there
The coworkers that i like we can work and joke
All of us work together to complete our tasks in timely manner

Coworkers who don't try to micromanage and overstep their professional roles. It is nice to see when coworkers are willing to work hard and are calm and collective.

We are all consitently against each other
Managers try to keep people away from other people who tend to be friends. I understand this to keep quality of work up to par, but then the employee may find after time there is not much to look forward too, lack of incentive.
