What I like best about our leadership team is that they are very transparent about the state of the business and how they think about where Namely is going. They are very approachable and down to earth as well!

I love the people I interact with on a daily basis. I truly miss getting to see them in person due to COVID. Everyone at Namely is genuinely kind and helpful and wants to do the best they can.

I feel like Namely just 'gets it'. I feel 100% supported by my team and leadership to do what is necessary to take care of myself and those around me. Namely both understands the value of working hard and also recharging.
