The best part is the maternity leave. The amount of comfort and peace it gives me as a career-driven woman is the most valuable and impactful thing I could hope for from a company.

Laid back, feel like you have a support or answer somewhere, some decently cool perks, being remote is a huge plus

Even though we're all remote, it seems like a cohesive team. There are opportunities to connect, whether personally or professionally. For example, the remote employees are participating in a "Hot Ones" hot sauce challenge later this month- can't wait to see that!
