They're super approachable and very open. I don't feel like there's a hierarchy or separation between us- we're all just working together to make the company the best we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we're all remote, it seems like a cohesive team. There are opportunities to connect, whether personally or professionally. For example, the remote employees are participating in a "Hot Ones" hot sauce challenge later this month- can't wait to see that!
