Stop lying about the health of the company and its employees. Stop posting fake reviews!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. Process dosent need to take that long.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Horrible leaders, who have no relevant experience. Managers who can't lead or train anyone. HR team doesn't know HR at all
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Keep getting rid of the poor management and hire those who understand business and how to manage and prioritize. Work smarter not harder.
