The flexible vacation and unlimited sick days. You are able to comfortably meet your expectations both in and outside of work without the fear of losing pay or respect.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity. We employ from around the country but are still small enough that you get to know everyone. It's so refreshing to be in an environment with people of all different backgrounds and daily routines.

Everyone is very flexible when it comes to personal things coming up. It never feels like I am being watched or can't go to the bathroom, like I've felt at other jobs.
