It was awful. Toxic abusive managers with power trips. If you came from military or an equally abusive environment, you'll so well here. It's basically the same.

Honestly dont try to improve. Navy Federal as an org does not deserve accolades or a chance to improve. I just hope USAA can buy them out and fire all the incompetent people

Lots of old incompetent people who cant get fired because they are good at playing nice and playing dumb and playing politics. So if you're a talented, competent young professional, all the work will be on you and if the old ppl mess up, it'll be your fault
