My pay was unmatched, PIP & bonuses unmatched.
In the beginning it was the pay & the people, being allowed to work closely with others & attend classes & workshops. Team Meetings& huddles. Being able to converse & network with others was my favorite part
Mostly friendly & always helpful & knowledgeable! Every leader actually knew their job & helped me & shared tips. But they never seemed to want you to become better than them. Women dont advance easily here, especially under other women leaders. They wont allow it
The steep and difficult hoops you have to jump through to reach a level 1-5 shpuldnt be another interview entirely. Unless its for a leadership position it seems unfair to allow that growth or to offer it to someone from the outside over someone applying within!
I mostly always felt supported & never felt forced to sell something or pressured to meet unreasonable goals or lose my job. Leaders genuinly supported their teams & helped you leave the nest. After covid we all got held back & the company lost values for employees. It was dark and sad
Navy federal started off hiring the best of the best & my team mates and fellow wmployees were great people with very similar skills as me, over time contracters took over & they lacked etiquette and accepted anybody & gave equal pay as i got & gave the company years! RecruitmentSloppy after a while
