I don't think my compensation package is competitive with the market (I've been here for 5 years) but I've been given regular raises and promotions every review period and that has been positive.

The people and the opportunity to always be able to do something new. My role constantly changes and evolves year over year (sometimes even quarter over quarter) and it's made work very exciting!
