Overall, Pilot has exceeded my expectations as an employee. It has all the growth opportunity of a startup with the maturity of a corporations. Some may call it a startup for adults.

The company uses compensation bands and has since day 1, so you can always feel like comp is fair as long as you feel like you're leveled appropriately.

Everyone is incredibly talented and smart. However, the thing I appreciate the most is that my team (and other teams) care about you as an individual and not as a cog in the machine.
