What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Pilot has always had a clear vision for the company. They have managed to create an atmosphere where collaboration is practiced on a daily basis, thus bringing the organization together rather than further apart.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates in the R&D organization (research and development, including engineering, product and design) are kind, welcoming, and encourage learning in public.

Besides working on interesting projects and tackling complex problems, my team has managed to create an atmosphere where asking questions and being vulnerable are valued and encouraged. There is also a high level of psychological safety in the team which allows everyone to speak up and share ideas.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How people share the work and the win. Everyone is so generous when it comes to giving credits to each other or sharing gratitude, which in turn makes employees feel valued and appreciated.
