I don't think our diversity is discussed enough. I have never worked for a company where the executive team is as diverse as it is at Pilot. It's more than just making sure the "numbers" look correct, it's seeing these folks in positions of power and leadership.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
There are no raises for the first 18 months, which doesn't incentivize me to do a better job. Their pay doesn't equal the amount of work that's actually required to get my job done. There is no room for negotiation, it's unfair bc it colors my overall love for working at Pilot.
