Leaders do not care about employees' career path or progression. A lot of them just want to retire here in peace

Compensation leaves little room for financial flexibility, making it difficult to plan beyond immediate expenses

Spend the same amount of time on ways to pay accomplishments as you do ways to devalue the effort

Compensation is only good for leaders. Company is very positively towards leaders. DEI is just an afterthought leading to pay disparity.
