Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation leaves little room for financial flexibility, making it difficult to plan beyond immediate expenses
Spend the same amount of time on ways to pay accomplishments as you do ways to devalue the effort
Compensation is only good for leaders. Company is very positively towards leaders. DEI is just an afterthought leading to pay disparity.
Compensation is not market rate

Quality experienced coworkers that work hard
It is a new ream that is getting set up in India but the quality of tlent available in the GCC is amazing!

teams are not united so having low ego management and leadership would benefit the culture..along with documented processes
