Needs to get better at not being blind to the issues in the company and lack of DEI. This place is not an inclusive at all.
Probably not hire toxic leaders and not be in denial of the culture issues in the company

I think our compensation package is fair and transparent. Feels like we are all aligned.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one gets promoted unless their manager is close to dying
Unexperienced white leaders getting paid a lot
Leaders do not care about employees' career path or progression. A lot of them just want to retire here in peace
Compensation leaves little room for financial flexibility, making it difficult to plan beyond immediate expenses
Spend the same amount of time on ways to pay accomplishments as you do ways to devalue the effort
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members care about me and they want to grow and learn.

It is a new ream that is getting set up in India but the quality of tlent available in the GCC is amazing!

Nothing at all really at the moment

teams are not united so having low ego management and leadership would benefit the culture..along with documented processes

Make sure managers who are interviewing have been trained to avoid the off limits questions and focus on the skills needed to do the work and accurately describe the job and culture

Improving structure in how we onboard and introduce new employees into the company. It has improved but we still have work to go.
