The leadership team is approachable and easy to work with
My leadership team does a strong job of trickling down important information to my level in a timely manner. I feel informed about the things I need to know and the direction the company is going. Leadership is responsive and supportive, which makes a real difference in my day-to-day work.

Trusting individual contributors and letting them have an opinion
Actually have a plan and follow the plan
Needs to get better at not being blind to the issues in the company and lack of DEI. This place is not an inclusive at all.
Probably not hire toxic leaders and not be in denial of the culture issues in the company

I think our compensation package is fair and transparent. Feels like we are all aligned.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leaders in operarions do not stand for justice and are pretty self serving so are ok with people being min wage or even worse

No one gets promoted unless their manager is close to dying
Unexperienced white leaders getting paid a lot
Leaders do not care about employees' career path or progression. A lot of them just want to retire here in peace
Compensation leaves little room for financial flexibility, making it difficult to plan beyond immediate expenses

We are a close-knit team and request each other's time and collaborative. We support each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is probably the strength of team dynamics. People here have built real working relationships where there's genuine trust and mutual support. You see it in how collaboratively teams operate and how people show up for each other.
The culture in my opinion is genuinely positive. People are willing to help, listen, and show compassion and care for one another. This comes through in how we work together every day.

Make sure managers who are interviewing have been trained to avoid the off limits questions and focus on the skills needed to do the work and accurately describe the job and culture

Improving structure in how we onboard and introduce new employees into the company. It has improved but we still have work to go.
