HCLTech: The projects at HCL are plenty and some in niche areas as well. However, there is a lack of collaboration amongst teams. Licensing of tools seems to be a huge issue, it doesn't get approved through TARMAC. Leadership is not improving collaboration between teams using the right process and tools.

REI: Culture of meetings. Endless Teams meetings to have a presence (on the corporate level). Depending on department or project folks may not have a lot of work to do and so maintaining the visual presence and "corporate appearance" is an important thing here.
