Since we were acquired by Sage, the transition has been rocky. Multiple leadership changes and unusual reporting relationships has diluted our sense of shared mission. I do enjoy the work, the ability to work remotely, and my colleagues.

The focus on the Sage Foundation and the current leadership focus on customer success, colleague success and innovation, as well as the focus on doing the right thing are motivating - especially during the pandemic crisis. Leadership has been incredibly supportive and is communicating very well.
