Training, time off without repercussions, no screaming or yelling bosses, well trained management who know how to work with employees who may or may not be working to their potential, monthly 1:1 to keep you on track. It's all been a positive experience, constantly learning and growing.

People, leaders, caring about employees as well as customers. The appreciation shown by managers to employees. Special events that lift the employees.

Knowing that my job is helping customers be successful. I really like what I do. Who knew I would like helping customers so much?

Our leadership team is transparent. They answer the hard questions honestly. They care about the employees. It is apparent in the way they treat us.

Time off for volunteering is not taken against PTO! We are encouraged to volunteer 5 days! This is in addition to our vacation. We are also given up to 5 days for training/education and we are encouraged to take it.

The time off. We'd all like more, but starting with 21 days for PTO and the holidays that are included, I'd say we are pretty darn well taken care of. I also like the time off for Volunteering (5 days) and time off for training (40 hours).

We are a diverse team, coming from multiple backgrounds. We are encouraged to bring our strengths forward and work together. Are we perfect? No, but we're all adults who are encouraged to grow our strengths and to strengthen our weakness. We are encouraged to build up not tear down.

I work with customers. They call in when they have an issue with their software. It makes me happy to be of assistance to them. Customer Service is my joy in life - to give the best service I can, to make my customer happy and satisfied, is my goal.

Some of the best things about my team is that we care for each other, we care that we are successful at our jobs. My team will frequently help me out if I need assistance, they share their knowledge. If I am in need of something, my boss and my team make sure I have what I need to complete my job.
