I'm generally happy at Scrum Alliance and appreciate the effort and work of our leadership team. It's been a transitional time since I've been here, but I do see the sound reasoning behind many of the changes that have been made. Overall very happy to work here and enjoy the people I work with.

Some hard decisions have had to be made to keep the company on a winning trajectory, but I think the company continues to work hard to treat employees well and it shows from little things to big things.

When I am able to get into a flow and really dig into the work. It can be difficult with so many planning meetings on top of all the other day to day meetings needed to move the work along.
