Everyone works together. There is no infighting, or bickering, or passive aggressive behavior. Clear plan, clear direction from the top down, and the leadership team supports the rest of the organization in getting things done.

Interaction with my team, which is the entire organization, and also more specifically the technical team. That, and helping, supporting, contributing, pulling on the rope. I feel impactful, and I feel valued. That's all I really need.

Cohesion. We all work together and pull each other forward and up, not down and sideways. Passion for the work. Not necessarily the vision of the company, though there is some of that. But a drive to contribute and be proficient at what we do. The team shares that aspiration and energy.
