The client is happy with me and appreciates my quality of work. They tell me (and have informed my employer) constantly.
Employees at my level NEVER meet nor interact with employee above the account manager (HR for unfavorable issues) hence, I cannot provide a fair critique for upper management; I think they are shielded by the aforementioned regarding our well-being.
As far as my immediate teammates (meaning the subordinates at my exact post), we do are best to help out each other with time-off so that we do not have to suffer a decrease in our hours earned. Elsewise, we rarely interact.
It wasn't a typical process. You complete the application, immediately matched with a manager who has an account local to you, that person asks you your availability and, either place you on one of their accounts or pass you on to another account manager who repeats that cycle. You leave with a job
You are not under constant scrutiny; there's a freedom in that. And, I've noticed that they are willing to give everyone an opportunity for employment (I would assume so with the high turnover rate due to the low pay rate). You are treated like a number so, that is the best I can say.
