The work they all put in its incredible

Our team at this site is AMAZING, FUN and have made lifelong friends. Company doesn't treat us well as far as benefits-haven't had any health insurance since I started working for them 8 years ago-I stay because of our crew-they can count on me and I can count on them for support.

Earn their pay and respect our security guards. Stop looking down at us.

Communication is horrible and they dont do enough during investigations

taking care of the ones that are doing the work every day and night.

To exist. There is no chain of command. I know my Ops Mgr. That is all. No HR communication. Been with the company since May and still do mot have insurance.

Everything! Listing to your employees is a great first start. Having communication would be step two. Making sure that the client is also not abusing the guards. Better pay!! Just to name a few.
