What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

the contracted people we're responsible to keep safe and protect.

That the employees of DHMF are always nice and respectful. Its definitely a plus in that area.

We are contracted at a site that is very friendly and we feel like employees of the company instead of contract workers.

There is an attitude to always figure out a problem

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

LESS MICROMANAGEMENT, MORE COMMUNICATION, LESS NEGATIVITY, LESS DEMANDS, LESS FORCING US TO WORK OT IF WE CAN'T IT SHOUD BE VOLUNTARY ALSO, 5 PTO DAYS A YEAR IS REDICULOUS, OUR PTO GETS USED WITHOUT REQUESTING IT. WE DON'T HAVE A CHOICE HERE.

Again, communication and making sure the people they hire are competent at their job

If a supervisor is making everyone uncomfortable you should talk to them or remove them.

Making sure employees are paid properly and in a timely manner

Straight speak. One time we were told, you work for us, not the site personnel, then, why didn't you do what the site personnel tell you!

Lunch breaks need to be taken. And the post 1 should get more assistance from post 2 cause post doesn't do much.

Everything the staffing moral sense of belonging sense of humor and show appreciation

better leadership, change the negative encourage and correct everyone in a positive way

This one isn't all one securitas, but instead I will say the specific sites we are contracted with is the problem. People go out of their way to not communicate with on site security, people are rude and don't respect the line of work we do

They need to care about their employees needs

Pay, Benefits, and not allowing investigators be the ones to conduct investigations against them. Take complaints from employees seriously and listen to the staff when they say they have an issue.

Be willing to listen to your staff, make compromises, and not be quick to judgement. Punishing people over minor offenses when a simple conversation to set them straight is better for overall morale
