There is an attitude to always figure out a problem
LESS MICROMANAGEMENT, MORE COMMUNICATION, LESS NEGATIVITY, LESS DEMANDS, LESS FORCING US TO WORK OT IF WE CAN'T IT SHOUD BE VOLUNTARY ALSO, 5 PTO DAYS A YEAR IS REDICULOUS, OUR PTO GETS USED WITHOUT REQUESTING IT. WE DON'T HAVE A CHOICE HERE.

If a supervisor is making everyone uncomfortable you should talk to them or remove them.

Straight speak. One time we were told, you work for us, not the site personnel, then, why didn't you do what the site personnel tell you!
Lunch breaks need to be taken. And the post 1 should get more assistance from post 2 cause post doesn't do much.

This one isn't all one securitas, but instead I will say the specific sites we are contracted with is the problem. People go out of their way to not communicate with on site security, people are rude and don't respect the line of work we do

Pay, Benefits, and not allowing investigators be the ones to conduct investigations against them. Take complaints from employees seriously and listen to the staff when they say they have an issue.
