I think if the supervisors held them accountable for stuff. The sites would run much better. You can always br friends in business
work ethic. That is a big problem they hire whatever walks and breathes. Showing up for a shift and not also making your coworkers clean up their messes. Have the mangement listen to the shift leads when they express concern over a guard.

There needs to be better assistance. And to take our lunch break. We sign our initials. But that's a lie. To me when the other worker arrives then the workers who's been there for 6 hours should get a lunch break.
I have no relief, no co-workers. they just don't look for help for you.

I personally don't feel like securitas does accurate background checks, honestly I don't think they care who they hire. I work with a bunch of people who try to smoke pot on their breaks, or consistently lie about needing days off
Be responsible, be professional look your best, don't come to work long like you slept in your uniform with hickies all over your neck.
At my site their are not any meetings
Better management, hard to get along when the only thing you can do is take it till you can file a grievance
They sometimes talk behind your back
