There is no leadership team. You just get placed with a scheduling manager and they just put you at a site.

The level of work compared to pay is lacking. To be trusted with securing persons and property is a big deal and employees should be paid accordingly. Security should be making more than minimum wage and they shouldn't have to continuously ask about their benefits
