Leadership only cares about themselves. If you were to fix this and promote competent staff and put them in leadership it may fix the issue.

Officers on staff were great, however everyone had issues with leadership. No meetings ever took place and communication was next to nothing unless the Area Vice President put out information.

Pay, Benefits, and not allowing investigators be the ones to conduct investigations against them. Take complaints from employees seriously and listen to the staff when they say they have an issue.

The staff is underpaid for they issues they have to deal with. The company says it offers overtime but continuously cuts people's time to avoid overhead loss, but refuse to hire more people.

Everything overall. Leadership is very unprofessional and often discuss issues in front of employees and they have been seen berating officers to the point that people watching had to leave. They have no tact and are disrespectful of their team.
