The manager was nice and respectful.
Going home with a mediocre paycheck that has done ok for my family.
On the surface they value their employees and tell us we are the lifeblood. However, once that goes to district it falls apart. I have known managers to work 80+ hours a week with no additional compensation because district was behind budget.
Leadership is obtuse in thinking. Mandates/company policies that are counter productive are embraced and pushed forcefully even when it is an obvious time waster. They have very little respect for past and current performance just a what will you do for me tomorrow mentality.
Sherwin like many companies are struggling to hire good people. Sadly with a mediocre salary package it gets mediocre and below managers that stay with the company for DECADES. If they put in enough time they end up running things which is sad cause most of there IQs are below 100.
