Being a leader, not bullying her workers, not talking behind her workers backs, understand that we are not on call and I am a part time worker with a requested amount of hours, which she doesn't follow.

Recognizing that every single worker is a HUMAN BEING deserving of respect. People should not be insulted, harassed and threatened over the course of doing their job, and if a customer takes things to this extreme then management should have the spine to stand with their workers in handling it.

Hard to pick a best. Its the total compensation that makes it so good. Benefits, savings, matching, salary, vacation etc.

Asked for a Full time position 8 months ago and feel it was unfair when learned there had been new hires. I heard and feel i didnt get the position because company may not have wanted to pay for medical.

Best thing about Sherwin in the stores is we all work together. We call each other all the time to ask for help and talk to other members on our team. They fostered a culture where everyone helps each other and I mean that in the least cheesy way possible.

My work environment is not always positive. Personal situations is not kept personal. Feel uncomfortable returning back to work after me or family members is out sick or due to injury. Everytime i have been out due to injury, manager asked me if i had claim it as work injury, which is illegal.

How contractors treat us and the policies that make it exclusivly in there favor. I have been yelled at and harassed by customers and we are expected to take it or be insulted to ensure play margins and sales are fine.

Stop using the pre hire online interview and online application it is very poorly designed poorly worded instruction and overall difficult to navigate

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I havent been trained right since i have started.plus im sure my managers should have been the one to train. Also when asking for help i feel like it doent want to be offered and most times is told to look to the cheat cards. And may i remind again i was not trained properly.
