All corporate jobs have bad sides, but Sherwin-Williams has enough good that it greatly overpowers the bad in my opinion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is generally extremely supportive of employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt that the interviewers were straight forward about what the job entails and what your duties would be.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I am not micromanaged. As long as my work is done, I get to do what I want in my down time (within reason).
