I feel like the integration with Infosys is not going well. I also feel like there is 1 exec that does not share the same strategic vision as others and this causes conflict.

For the most part, I love the folks I interact with regularly. The ones I work closely with are smart, funny, and kind and I look forward to speaking to them. There are a couple I could happily avoid but that is any company you work at.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued. I think that with the pay cut this year that everyone took, it just ate into expected income. Not necessarily "unfair"...but it just makes an impact over time. Will be interested to see if we can get out of it and back to 100% soon.
