The way we celebrate each other's wins both professional (certifications, sales deals, etc.) and personal (new babies, marriages, big moves, etc.)

There is a culture of looking after each other and supporting each other. The value is called stewardship and the company does a good job of hiring people that live that value in their personal and professional lives.

The balance of "meetings" and interactive social time and solo time to work on projects individually. I like having a good even mix of both.
