There is gotta be transparency towards why people are leaving and what is the reason they are leaving. Majority that who left is poorly compensated, projects are so difficult to uplift, messed up implementations, high expectations to high performers etc. This should be fixed.

So rarely hear about projects going smoothly. The word "dumpster fire" used too frequently. Indicates we are overpromising and then not meeting expectations. Concerned Simplus isn't resourced to handle the projects it's taking on. Also too many folks throw into the deep end without training.

It's sometimes hard to measure progress. It sometimes feels like I'm doing the same thing I did yesterday, then redoing it today.
I am on a grueling client project. Each day is super hard and after being full time for over a year on a project the grind gets a bit old. Base pay is great at Simplus but it is hard to stay motivated day in and day knowing there will not be bonuses or contribution matches.

I feel like the integration with Infosys is not going well. I also feel like there is 1 exec that does not share the same strategic vision as others and this causes conflict.

There's a lot of uncertainty about the future with Infosys. it's hard to tell if my work today will matter if the company changes significantly through the integration process
Heavy emphasis on squeezing the maximum amount of billable hours often means that we sacrifice individual growth for the bottom line. Simplus leadership truly cares about employees on a personal level but there is minimal investment in training, expanding skillsets, mentorship.
