Simplus sees the value in paying people what they are worth. They have excellent benefits as well!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Results- based and the work at home set up

Global execs are hands-on in a way that is not intimidating or demanding but very supportive, encouraging and also forgiving. Local department heads are collaborative, respectful and caring.
