Accountabilty is non existant . for some reason Managers are afraid to manage, possibly due to turn over. Some managers are so disgruntled it makes cultivating a Team atmosphere impossible.

Not much. I gain satisfaction from doing a good job and helping customers.

Develope a work ethic. Managers need to terminate under performing employees to regain the respect of other team members.

I try not to get lost in the fact that others earn more than me, but when I am doing all I can and others take short cuts , leave work for others to do, call out sick a lot and still are permitted to work at Smart&Final, its concerning.

Im just a part-time employee , who is highly motivated to do a great job. And ill probably leave Smart and Final once we get thrtough this pandemic. Smart&Final needs to higher people who truly want to work and who truly care about thier career. People at Smart & Final lack passion for thier jobs!!
