I feel undervalued because i bend over backwards and still dont get rewarded with hours manage doesnt care about your mental health or physical health as long as you can get the job done your just a number working there
I got suspended for no reason that I asked why was I getting suspended and I haven’t got no respon
Give us a fair contract
As a PIC/ Freezer Lead, I believe I deserve more hours, especially being the only person in my department. Our produce lead is full time, and has 3 other people in that department. I've worked produce, and it's not as hard as freezer. It's almost like I didn't get a raise cause my hours got cut.

Yes feel undervalued all the time
Your hard work gets rewarded with hours and even DAYS getting cut from your schedule. You are often forced to do 2 employees jobs on your own due to not scheduling someone to cover it
the job is really stressful mostly if you are in a busy area like me so the tiredness of it all doesn't seem worth the work at some point
many store policies feel arbitrary and the division of labor is very poorly organized.

Pandemic pay is what we need back. This pandemic has only gotten worse and we don't even have covid pay even though people are getting sick left and right. We are dealing with all these changes and shipping issues and complaining customers about stuff we can't help .. we deserve covid pay.

More workers bust their butts over time and yet complains left and right never positive or motivation talk by management
I try not to get lost in the fact that others earn more than me, but when I am doing all I can and others take short cuts , leave work for others to do, call out sick a lot and still are permitted to work at Smart&Final, its concerning.
Pay cap at store level is too low, and has been reduced for store level management over the years
The employees that hardly do anywork and take credit for being lazy are being paid in positions they dont deserve exspecially when someone like me is doing there work and they take credit or ask you to stay later to help them do there job as a manager that shouldnt be alllowed

I feel undervalued because I am overworked to much with dreadful hours with little to no respect from management and supervisors. I also have a fluctuating schedule meaning, I will have many days and hours to work to little to no days the next week.
