The supervisors are all great I wouldn't say the same for the manager and the assistant manager

At a store level is great every one does their job

They seem to be open to ideas on store visits. Sadly few of these positive changes ever see the light of day.

Most of them are there when you need them.

Friendly and supportive. They do company parties and catering.

Leadership is straight forward in their expectations. Standards and goals are accomplishable within reason. Their is no tension between upper management and associates. Advancement is encouraged.

He needs to get better in every aspect a Manger should have. And those things are leadership,honesty, equality, etc.

When you request time off and they approve it, but now they are scheduling without telling you. And they are mocking my religious beliefs and not letting me practice my religion

Everything they need to get rid of everyone and get better people and managers who really car.

Fire the people 5hat were promoted

Manager and assistant manager make it very difficult for employees to receive proper help with any work related issues. Very passive aggressive towards employees in front of customers. Other employees that do not have higher positions or have been promoted seem to be reason for the few that remain.

Im just a part-time employee , who is highly motivated to do a great job. And ill probably leave Smart and Final once we get thrtough this pandemic. Smart&Final needs to higher people who truly want to work and who truly care about thier career. People at Smart & Final lack passion for thier jobs!!

LISTENING AND ABLE TO MANAGE PROPERLY . Very disapointed how darren and his team are running the distric i've never seen it go down like this .
