Every body have respect for the coworkers

We have a big number of regular customers and they are more luke friends now

That were non-union and we can go to our managers for anything

Teamwork we all get along great

Goals are obtainable, most associates are friendly, and affable, and growth is encouraged.

So, very nice environment with everyone

The workers have a good moral

cant think of anything specifically

Everyone is able to openly share their issues or concerns.

Theres a team atmosphere that unfortunately remains disconnected at the executive level. Very much an 'us vs them' mentality

Cashiers are very polite as well as the youth

You can make a difference in oeoples lives

We all treat each other like family greet each other before and after shifts. Even if we stop on on our days off to shop. We care for each other like family when an employee looses a loved one or goes through tough times we support them in their time of need.

The environment is okay but they need to get better

That we can be open about our religious beliefs

Not much. I gain satisfaction from doing a good job and helping customers.

The most positive is that fact of being in a dept and you can come in and tend to yor job without hardly getting bother but there are days where its just annoying the amount they call employees out of there dept to help other dept lacking when we all have work to be done as well

There needs to be managers and team leaders that actually help out and be there for the associates. Rather than never be at the store and still get credit for everything.

Different employees with a better attitude for others

Learn how to put your foot down. Learn to manage people. Have real people skills !!!!
