What are some of the best things about your team?
Every body communication is very good
We work togetger abd each member pulls their own weight
We dont have a lot of meetings and when we do its all fake and clearly shown that they only care about themselves not us
We all look after each other

We get along so well we come together as a team especially during this pandemic situation. We understand each other and what has to be done.
They are professional and take pride in their work
There is a family type atmosphere as if 'we're all in this together'. At the store level only. Executive leadership is very out of touch and thus an 'us vs them' workplace has developed.
Solid in store team. However hiring standards have dropped due to lack of compensation competitiveness
When people actually show up to work, we all work well as a team, for the most part.
some things are that they understand that mistakes are mistakes and learn from them, and my team is a good model, if there isn't a mistake

Communication, awareness and better scheduling

Coworkers need to improve on a respectful work attitude with other coworkers
I think they should change shift to all employees
Communication and able to comprehend so much of it lacks in the store and management specially the simple situation can't be solve . Again disapoinment all aroud same with HR allowing toxic workers back in the company after many complains
Develope a work ethic. Managers need to terminate under performing employees to regain the respect of other team members.

Better training or better screening who we allow in management. There are a few managers that consistsjtly speak in a belittling manner to otger staff. Morale is very bad
