
Employees feel unsafe. Unvalued, unrespected. We don't feel backed by our management.
If our managers were of any use our team would have higher morale and better performance.
Managers need to be more involved. Do not stand there with their hands behind their backs just watching the team drown. Shameful!

Respect, honesty, integrity, communication and availability. Stop hiding from your employees when they ask you to talk. Don't leave works 2 hours early because an employee asks you to sit down to discuss concerns.
I work circles around everyone, I am the only 12 hour shift person on staff, dedicating more time than anyone else on my team with the highest quality of work and new people are hired in at a higher rate than I make after 3 years. Also my boss will not give me my annual review even when promised
