the people make it positive. having a workplace close to home also contributes to me feeling positive because i don't have to waste my time commuting.

they are easy to get along with. very funny and talkative. even though we are tight on the deadlines, they make working a little easier because they are fun to be with.

they are experienced and knows the industry well. however, there needs to be more seminars about leadership training so that we can have a better working environment. people in higher positions need guidance on managing the team well.
