What's the interview process like at Speedway?

The interview process is simple. You come in at the time you agree upon for said interview and you'll sit down in the office with the General Manager for the store you are looking to work at. They ask you a few work history questions. Try to get to know you. After the interview the GM will tell you that they will be in touch after a few days. They then send in what they think, if you'll be a good fit with this store or not, to their boss.

Casual. They sit you down in the back (the one time you will get to sit down other than when you watch the training videos), ask you questions about yourself and your previous job experiences and they set you up with your schedule to start training if you get hired.

When I was hired in it was store managers and DM doing the hiring. Now it is corporate.
