The people. I enjoy having the freedom to really own and grow my book of business. I like being challenged since there's still so much to learn about the industry.

They are supportive, encouraging, smart, motivated, and all around great people. It's a wonderful team. Even though we don't get to see each other much, you can feel how supportive everyone is.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Base salary is not in line with the industry. Had to take a substantial pay cut in salary to work at SO. There's no room to increase salary even when you're exceeding your goals.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
The people make the culture- the people are wonderful. I appreciate the perks, the social events. One thing I would recommend is having more social events for individual teams instead of company wide. I think more of us will attend.
