Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary is not in line with the industry. Had to take a substantial pay cut in salary to work at SO. There's no room to increase salary even when you're exceeding your goals.

No pay rise in almost 3 years, even though I have assumed more responsibility and overachieved during a time of uncertainty.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely capable with a broad spectrum of expertise. Our SE team is tightly connected to other BUs while being the voice of our customers. The team is always willing to collaborate and work together to solve problems.

I'm in Sales. Lead engine is slow, which contributes to other factors. But the proper adjustments seem to be coming, and hopefully, this will improve over time.
