Working at Stack Overflow has been great - the training, management, and company brand have all been amazing. The only tough thing so far has been adjusting to selling to engineers/developers as they are a tougher persona to cold call. Other than that most everything is good.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience has been incredibly positive overall - I've learned more at this job than I have at any other! Everyone who works here is incredibly smart and helpful. The only thing I would change is I wish leadership would be more open to what tools we say we need to get our jobs done effectively!

My managers, coworkers - they are mostly all positive and friendly!

Everyone here is smart! Smarter than me probably - so I learn from them!

They are incredibly hands-on and helpful when needed, and hands-off when needed, definitely enable us with training and support
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is good for an SMB AE role, the $150 monthly gym stipend has enabled me to start going to a unlimited yoga studio that's kept my mental and physical health in good condition!
