What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how smart, driven, and empathetic our leadership team is -- I feel like I can truly trust them with my career and the direction Stack is going. They are open to feedback, consistently push us to be the best versions of ourselves, and lead by example.

We have so many great benefits like health insurance etc. For me it's about the little things like getting a new book every month with the book club or getting a t-shirt for running in the running club! Remote Cocktail classes etc, this makes me happy and feel like I'm a part of something

What are some of the best things about your team?
I get to learn from them every day!! I have some of the smartest people in CS on my team and I am so grateful that I get the opportunity to learn from them every day.

It is ever evolving based on the evolution of the world. We have so many incredible affinity groups that help those that have specific challenges or life experiences that vary from the "norm". We are incredibly inclusive and intentional about the culture we create which is super motivating!

The level of detail that the team went into with each interaction. It was long, but no step seemed unnecessary.
