I've spoken about this in my previous answers, but the biggest plus is the sense of camaraderie amongst the team. We celebrate success as a team, and debug problems as a team.

We solve really hard problems. I love that I am never bored, and there is always something interesting to solve. The team is incredibly intelligent, and great to bounce ideas off of.

The leadership team recognizes each of first as people. They give us random days off after big releases, speak on issues that affect us all, give us space for our mental health, and ensure that we have knowledge and opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

I absolutely adore my team. They are some of the smartest people that I have ever met. There is no ego amongst them. We all joke around with each other and support each other through the difficult problems we solve. We win together and lose together. Its amazing what a difference that makes.

I am paid very well for the job I do. On top of an above average salary, bonuses are offered based on the company's performance as a whole. I was a bit surprised by this, but it really pushes the idea that the company's success depends on us as a team, and I think that is really great.
