Properly train employee support team. They are hands down the worst in all of employment
Helping my customers out, and giving them the fastest delivery possible and providing them the best service and experience i can.
There is no leadership team. Support for delivery drivers is hands down the WORST in ANY call center atmosphere and its not even close!!
