What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no leadership team. Support for delivery drivers is hands down the WORST in ANY call center atmosphere and its not even close!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking better care of it's contracted drivers nation wide . Stop stealing their tips . Stop under paying them for they do most of the work and the Uber employees have office jobs . Not fair to the ones busting their butts to get the items delivered to the customers . Unfair and should be bright up

We need an actual person who speaks the same language. We need more compensation. Perhaps some incentive contests. Liven things up a little.

The job was more rewarding with promotions, but they promotions have been reduced in my area. My area also doesn't offer quests to make the time more worthwhile.

I am the only one on my team, so naturally I give myself a 10 because I get to work when and how I want to.

Properly train employee support team. They are hands down the worst in all of employment

I enjoy solitary work. So there's not really a work culture. Your car is your main enviroment.
