It has been good, but it is inconsistent money-wise. Promotions in my area now offer less money for your time, and those same Promotions are also available for shorter periods of time than they were before.

Being able to drive around listen to whatever music I choose and have minimal interaction with others.

I am the only one on my team, so naturally I give myself a 10 because I get to work when and how I want to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job was more rewarding with promotions, but they promotions have been reduced in my area. My area also doesn't offer quests to make the time more worthwhile.
